Hey, I'm Daniel - the creator of Hardgainer Training :-)
I started lifting weights when I was 17 years old, and I was super excited about the gains I was gonna make at the gym!
About a year into my training, I started noticing that other guys - who put in the same or even less effort - still got way better results.
That's when I realized there must be a genetic component involved in training success.
I learned that the genetically less fortunate are called "hardgainers" and started following any advice available at the time.
To this day, popular "advice" like "do only compound lifts", "eat all the calories you can get" or "being a hardgainer is not even a thing"
is still widely spread, mostly by people with amazing genetics.
It took me a lot of research, trial and error to figure out what genetic components are important (metabolism only takes a back seat here)
and what training principles need to be followed in what exact order of importance to maximize my potential.
This course is the result of my own frustration, curiosity, blood, sweat and eventual success over many years.
I'm very positive it will help you set realistic goals within your genetic means and provide you with the tools to succeed as quickly as possible.
